Virtual training and coaching on Introduction to Change Management. Learn about Change Management in interactive training courses, being connected to the trainer and the other course participants through your computer and a video conferencing system.

In our online workshop you will get an overview on schools of thought that have influenced the discussion on Change Management so far. You will acquire basic tools for analysis and facilitation of change processes and you will be enabled to select your personal path for further development of your capacities as a Change Management facilitator and a Manager of Change. The workshop consists of 3x2 hours online sessions, as well as intermittent coaching sessions with the trainer, exercises and working groups, all facilitated online. The course modules are spread over a period of three weeks.
